My thinking on falling forward has to do with skiing and coaching I got years ago. Point yourself downhill and trust your edges and skill set. You will go forward. Hold your body back, torque uphill and you create a whole lot of resistance and possibility for injury and ultimately it’s a lot less fun. BTW I’m not a very good skier. 🙂
